Courtney graduated from the University of Findlay with a bachelor's degree in Equine Science, and then obtained her Masters from Springfield College in Exercise Science, specializing in Strength and Conditioning. She completed many hours of internships working with various sports teams, including a winter semester with KMS. Since then she has worked as a yoga instructor, fitness coach & program coordinator, head strength coach for OMS, Advanced EMT and as the training coordinator for Regional Ambulance Service.

As a Killington native Courtney grew up skiing and snowboarding, competing for the Rutland High School snowboard team. When she’s not at work you can find her skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, fly fishing, paddle boarding or riding horses with her husband, son, and their dogs.
