Robin is a seasoned business executive with over 28 years experience working for large, global, public corporations and start up organizations. Most recently, she was the Chief People Officer of a publicly traded company with revenue of $500M and 2700 associates. Robin has served in the top human resources role for the past 5+ years both internationally and domestically supporting CEO’s and Board of Directors with a strong professional emphasis on business development, organizational design, culture transformation, people development, C-Suite executive level coaching, Board of Director management and organizational effectiveness. Serving in a variety of executive roles, Robin has helped brands like 7 For All Mankind, Tommy Hilfiger, Columbia, Wilson, Calvin Klein, Hanesbrands, Walgreens and Circuit City realize their strategic goals.

Robin holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations from St. Joseph's College and a Masters of Business Administration from the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University. She resides in Killington with her husband Todd and 8 year old daughter Ava who attends Killington Elementary School and is part of the KSC/KMS Development Program as a U10 Alpine athlete.
