Slopestyle action at Carinthia Parks
This weekend the snowboard Slopestyle team went to Mount Snow for their first back to back USASA Slopestyle events. Saturday was a picture perfect day for the event with warm temps and sun shining all day long. Carinthia Parks built an amazing course consisting of technical rail features leading into two beautifully shaped jumps. KMS Snowboard Boost athlete Jamie Hamlin participated in his first ever competition on Saturday, taking home eighth place in his age group!
As the clouds rolled in Sunday the temps still stayed warm. The snow stayed soft and made for another great day of competition. Full term KMS Snowboard athlete Kian Hauschildt competed in his first ever Revolution Tour qualifying event, taking home second place in a heavy field of Youth Men. Jamie competed at his second ever Slopestyle event taking home ninth on Sunday.
Nice job, team!
